Vacancy description:

We are on the lookout for a result-driven Sales Manager to join our sales division operating on the international markets. Your mandate: drive exponential growth and take our business to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Realize and surpass assigned sales targets, pushing the boundaries of success;
  • Use Key Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve the effectiveness of our business expansion plan;
  • Steer our CRM system, maintaining seamless operations and delivering thorough reports;
  • Propel our lead generation strategies and secure high-potential prospects;
  • Sync with our marketing squad to craft essential sales tools (presentations, documents, case studies), enhancing the client journey at every touchpoint;
  • Build and sustain robust customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business;
  • Develop comprehensive playbooks and processes for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of excellence;
  • Mastery of various lead generation platforms, including LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing;
  • Deep understanding of sales quotas, revenue targets, and goal setting;
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a knack for coaching sales teams and liaising with different company functions;
  • Stellar persuasion capabilities, adept problem-solving skills, and firm negotiation techniques;
  • Commitment to punctual and precise updates to our CRM system;
  • Proficiency in English communication, B2+ level or higher.
