Vacancy description:

We are currently in search of a Client Relations Manager with a strong commitment to customer success. You will join our dynamic sales team and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Guiding clients from the initial negotiations to the entire lifespan of our agreement, ensuring a seamless customer journey;
• Handling the creation and processing of orders within our CRM system;
• Crafting compelling business proposals tailored to the client’s needs;
• Actively analyzing client needs and generating hypotheses to address them effectively;
• Reviewing and analyzing client feedback to enhance user experience continually;
• Defining detailed tasks for cross-functional teams based on client feedback to improve or develop the product;
• Generating comprehensive reports showcasing work outcomes and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, Sales Manager, Client Relations Manager, or Business Analyst;
• Previous exposure to B2B product environments;
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at building relationships;
• A proven track record of successful negotiations, backed by case studies of deals closed;
• Proficiency in English, B2+ level or higher.
