We’re in search of an insightful Business Analyst who will be a catalyst in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a profound understanding of customer experiences and providing strategic recommendations that will elevate customer service standards and stimulate product growth;
• Undertaking rigorous market research and conducting thorough analyses of competitors’ solutions;
• Crafting detailed technical and business documentation for our products;
• Transforming business requirements into comprehensive, well-structured functional specifications;
• Providing thoughtful analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst;
• Successful track record in developing/implementing Web and Mobile applications;
• In-depth knowledge of the Business Analysis discipline;
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Trello;
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with teams to successfully implement business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions;
• A customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience;
• High-level analytical skills to understand business needs, collect and analyze data, formulate recommendations, and solve business challenges;
• Proficiency in English language, level B2+ or higher.
